Dancing Shoes is an exciting indie music band from Yaroslavl

by Evgeny Pavlov

It is very easy to write about a music band when a singer sings Russian songs. Everything is differently when a band performing in English is being reviewed. But I am going to try doing it, because this group is amazing.

It is this kind of group when the birth could be only possible by chance. For instance, there was a very funny story of joining the band by Kseniya (vocal). She just came to a rehearsal with her boyfriend who had to get an audition. The man wasn’t the best, however Kseniya has decided to try singing as well… other group members have absolutely fallen in love with her singing. It is how Kseniya was the band member.

Emil is a founder of Dancing Shoes. And now five creative musicians make positive songs. Let’s look in detail!

  • Once again, Emil Alaverdian (guitar). Create, joke, but always play. Likes expensive strings and thick mediators, has sense of humor and he is very responsible.
  • Andrey Nikitin (drums). Forget, be silent, but generally beat. If there is no Andrey, there is no drums. He actually can mix up something, just forget or come late. Nevertheless, Andrey knows how to make music better.
  • Oleg “pooh” Tokmakov (bass). Grumble, photograph and play. He is good, soft and goody-goody. Besides bass he can take a cool photo!
  • Kseniya Orlova (vocal). Drink, scream, smell sweet. She is an actress and this is it. She always experiment with images: can change a hairstyle or put new shoes on.
  • Dima Nerobov (guitar)

They all are youthful, creative, purposeful and full of positive and I exactly know they have Sun inside.

Guys, it is your membership, you look so harmonically. Please do not change anything!

They recorded four demo songs and I hope they are going to release a studio album and a website.

So there is no official website in the Internet, but you can find them on other websites:

Stay tuned with Dancing Shoes!
